During the Nation of Makers the question was asked “how do we get makers to focus on more diverse problems?” Maybe the answer is just find more makers who have more diverse problems. For example, here is a lawyer in Russia who is an outdoorsman and a maker who has made a way to turn 2-liter soda bottles into rope for lashing and dozens of other practical uses. Towards the end of the first video he shows you haw to make it yourself.
I think I need t0 build one of these!
